I’m so glad I chose Chi Town Sparky to be a part of finishing our basement. Patrick and partner Sandro did an outstanding job installing can lighting, additional light fixtures, outlets, and switches throughout the basement. Patrick was able to give us options that helped stick to the budget while still looking spectacular. He was very quick with helping draw up an electrical plan for the basement that would best meet my family’s needs. I would definitely recommend Chi Town Sparky! Patrick and co did an outstanding job replacing the light fixture in my spare bedroom with a fan I had purchased - installed 12 canned lights with dimmers - created an entry way to the crawl space (didn't have one before) - installed a bathroom fan - installed an outlet under the kitchen sink - all done with minimal dry wall cutting. They were professional, punctual, and efficient. -Communication was great - replies to text/calls in a timely manner. Would confirm appointments before showing up. -Flexibile - worked around my schedule. Friendly when I made changes or requested additional work. -Free on-site estimates -Reasonable prices - I called almost 10 electricians before talking to Patrick, he had the best prices. --------Social media presence to view work. You can't go wrong with Chi Town Sparky!

Patrick not only runs a credible electrical business but fully understands expedient customer service and OVER delivers with very fair pricing! It was a truly an amazing experience to expect someone for a quote only to hear: "if tonight isn't an inconvience, I could have this done for you in about an hour or so given this is a pressing need for your overall project?" In under that time the project was done neatly with great care to our home, installed according to code and with the latest electrical advancements. Our fabulous tilers will be able to keep going tomorrow and not have to adjust their project due to the electrical work we hadn't thought of beforehand. My husband is a commercial insurance underwriting director and inquired as to Patrick's insurance coverage; to which, Patrick immediately provided my husband his certificate of insurance proving insurability at commendable coverage -- really quite impressive and a relief to my husband. Patrick's care of running an integral business - which, could be readily proven - made a most favorable impression on my husband. Patrick then took the time to go through our "electrical updating" wishlist for our 1980s home, sketched out the ideas and was respectful of what our ideas would create cost wise and was very honest in what would be unnecessary spending while offering really creative - and better - alternatives. Patrick was also very willing to break down projects into priority and what is conducive for our budget. As Patrick stated, "I'm happy to tackle things as they work with your timing and budget." (We're talking true big wishlist items like full exterior landscape lighting, converting a 1980s home to more of a Y2Ksmart home, etc.) Our only negative thus far is that we didn't find Patrick sooner -- his efficiency is astounding! Thank you, Patrick, for being one of few in this crazy world that gives us hope that there exist businesses (and, business owners) who embody that: customer's needs are the driving force of any business, being heard is key critical to any project/relationship, creating solutions from what was heard is invaluable and exceeding expectations not only creates respect but an opportunity for further trusted transactions! If we owned our own business...Patrick is one of those individuals we would seek to present an offer he couldn't refuse to sign on board with our firm -- anyone who works to exceed expectations and not compromise quality, is a gem! Patrick at Chi Town Sparky came through for us when we had an electrical emergency at our house on a late Saturday afternoon. He was responsive, prompt and did great work. We ultimately needed an all new electrical service (pole, meter and panel) installed which Patrick completed a couple days later. He took control of the situation to ensure the process would go as smoothly as possible. Great communication and quality work in a professional manner. Will be using Patrick again for my electrical needs and would recommend to anyone.
